How long does it take?

The audit takes about 10 seconds. Writing takes about 5 seconds a line, its reason included. Keep the tab open while it writes.

Does it work in the CCC ONE desktop app?

No. It runs in Google Chrome, on CCC ONE’s web version and on Mitchell Connect.

What if the adjuster pushes back?

Every line carries its reason, written on the estimate. Point the adjuster to it.

What do you keep?

We read the VIN to decode the vehicle, and we don’t store it. We don’t read the owner’s name, address or claim number. Privacy policy
